VOLUNTEERING

AGE+CONNECTED could not exist without our team of volunteers. We have around 40 volunteers who dedicate their time and skills in many different ways for which we are continually grateful for. Our volunteers are essential to our work and support all our services. Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, learn new skills and become active in your local community.

We have lots of volunteering opportunities, from regular weekly support  giving couple of hours a week to help out at the ACORN Centre, and for those who can help us on an 'as and when basis' with our fundraising, outings, events and lots more.

We provide our volunteers with appropriate training for their role and ongoing support.
